Each facility is protected by full perimeter fencing, bright lighting, and
individual door alarms.
- 24/7 ACCESS
Our facilities are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. A personal
identification code allows you access into our facilities and operates your
individual door alarm.
- 2 LOCATIONS
Our two locations are situated to conveniently serve all of Champaign-Urbana
and surrounding communities. We have been locally owned and operated for over
15 years.
- CLIMATE CONTROL
Climate-controlled units are available at our North location. These spaces
are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.
- SIZES
We have a variety of warehouse sizes available, from a small 5'x5' space to
a large 20'x40' space. Each ceiling is 10' tall.
- NO LEASE
We do not require a long-term lease. Our minimum space agreement is for 30
days, and you decide how long to continue to stay after that.
- COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL
We have spaces available to handle all of your needs, including semi-truck
access.
- CLEAN & MODERN
Illini Stor-It Mini Warehouses are state-of-the-art facilities. We take pride
in keeping them clean, attractive, and safe.
- OUTDOOR STORAGE
Outdoor storage spaces for motor homes, boats, and the like are available
at our West location only. Those spaces are within our fenced and fully-lit
facility perimeter.
- RATES
Call for availability of sizes and rates. Our rates are very competitive.
